We believe it should be easy to access care, and as such are one of the few practices that offer a 30 minute consultation free of charge!

Our treatment co-ordinator is Helen. She works closely with Chris to ensure that every patient has the appropriate options for their desired goals. Helen is able to look at the treatment plan from the patient's perspective and make sure it is beneficial to the patient’s specific needs. At your consultation appointment Helen will be able to answer any questions you have and go through the different options that are available to you.

What the treatment co-ordinator will discuss with you at your appointment:

• New patient queries, meeting the team and getting used to the environment of the practice.
• The dentist’s treatment plan, fees and estimates.
• Financial agreements.
• Information about different options and making sure you have a complete understanding of your treatment.
• Patients will be followed up if treatment incomplete.

Where will your consultation take place?

Your consultation will take place in our TCO room that we have in the practice. This is especially beneficial for anxious patients as you will not have to sit in the dental chair or come into contact with the surgery environment at this point. This gives patients a chance to relax and ask any questions without being distracted.
